I took the lead of the finance and project accounting automation and implemented project management, time and expense tracking on Dynamics AX 2012 in the Welsh and German subsidiaries of Kudelski.
Later in 2016 I supported data upgrade from AX2012 to AX7 aka Dynamics 365 for Operations, and continued with AX7 rollouts in Spain and the United States. The Dynamics AX ISV solution ‘FWI Print and Packaging’ was selected by Constantia to become the 2nd division standard beside SAP. I took responsibility for a group-wide system template and implemented the system in 2010 at the Danish plant of the group, caring for the finance and tax accounting, fixed assets, PDM, shop floor control and warehouse management.
Roll-ins at 2 Polish plants followed in 2011; in the course of the migration onto the new system we processed 70 GB of historical data within a weekend.
In 2012 I rolled out the system within 6 months with a team of 4 consultants and 2 developers at the Russian factory of Constantia. I was solely responsible for the implementation of the local financial accounting, group reporting and consolidation, product data management, logistics, sales and purchasing, accounts receivable and payable, data migration from Scala. Besides that, I took care of project planning, task assignment, sub-contractor selection, system architecture and quality assurance.
