W\u00e4hrend der Einf\u00fchrung von Dynamics 365 for Finance standen wir vor systematischen Problemen bei der Datenmigration und Lagerbewertung.     Eugen is the principal Microsoft Dynamics 365 consultant at Kudelski. He participated to all the phases of the Dynamics ERP and CRM implementation project for most of the Kudelski companies in the world.\nHe joined the project in 2013 and he actively supported all the stages: redaction of the statement of work, analyze, design, development, testing, data migration, go-live and post go-live support.\nHe took part also to the intermediate upgrades from AX 2012 R3, to D365 U3, and then to D365 v7.2. We just succeeded the migration to D365 version 10 and he was the architect for transferring all our customized code to extensions.\n\nEugen is a functional expert for all the D365 modules, including finance, project accounting, inventory, sales and marketing, procurement. He can therefore provide with transversal approaches and consistent solution designs, which was a key benefit on the project. He has also a deep knowledge of the history of the Dynamics ERP, build up from his experience as a Microsoft consultant for a large number of customers in the world.\nOn top of that, Eugen has also a strong technical background which facilitate a lot the interactions with the development teams. If needed, he can also directly develop high added value customizations.\nOn top of managing his workstream, he was so many time helpful to resolve critical situations on the project.\nIn conclusion, he is probably the best Microsoft Dynamics consultant I have met during the last 12 years.     I had the opportunity to work with Eugen on a Global Dynamics 365 ERP+CRM implementation program (multiple countries, currencies, most modules, thousands of users). I find that Eugen has a great blend of deep knowledge in Business, Functional and Technical areas, which is an asset on such complex projects. With his all-round functional and technical expertise in Dynamics 365, his willingness to help and guide colleagues, and eagerness to explore uncharted territory he has been a valuable asset and a highly versatile team member. Eugen was able to contribute in multiple roles and several project streams from accounting, finance, project management, revenue recognition to sales management and CRM interfaces. He was the major contributor to a global roll out of a time tracking solution (14 legal entities).
